At our Educo Adventure School, we focus on using the outdoors as a classroom to develop the skills and strengths that enable young people to create and participate in sustainable healthy communities. Though Educo students also learn "hard skills" such as outdoor survival etc., our programs are focussed primarily on drawing out the essential aspects of group communication, self development and interpersonal awareness.

Educo is actively involved in developing community leadership, both in our home community of the South Cariboo, and in the communities where our staff, students and alumni live. We design, develop, deliver and support community organizations and community-based projects that work to empower and engage young people in community development and leadership. We can also custom programs, such as professional teambuilding workshops, retreats and consulting services for groups and organizations.
